Play. It's what's good for you.

Play is not only an instinct, it's good for you! In fact, the lack of play can lead to anxiety and depression.

Animals do it, but humans are doing less of it, and children need unstructured play time for their overall well-being.

Play helps children navigate socially and teaches self-regulation, whereas helicopter parenting does not.

And play is fun. No wonder it's linked to happiness!
